Even if it’s powered at 9V, it internally works at 18V to deliver a lot more headroom, translating in more output volume without distorting the original sound. And thanks to its high input impedance, you can place the Samurai Clean Booster anywhere in your pedal chain!

The Boost knob lets you set the amount of gain, and the Mode switch alternates between the Samurai Clean Booster two modes: a lower gain level, an ultra-clean mode that will mirror your sound at a louder volume, and a higher gain level that will push your sound a little further, adding some rich harmonics and perfect if you are looking to make your amplifier overdrive in a natural way.

This allows the Samurai Clean Booster to work at 18V, giving you a lot more of headroom than other boosters. What does that mean? Thanks to its high input impedance, the Samurai Clean Booster won’t load any gear placed before it, making it perfect to be placed just after your instrument or other high output impedance devices.
