Red DC Power jack as the ones we use in our kits. It works with standard power source connectors (2.1mm), and internally disconnects the battery when you connect an external power source.
Red DC power jack suitable for power sources with standard 2.1mm connectors. In this red DC jack the nut is mounted from inside of the panel or enclosure where you are mounting it so it’s not visible from the outside, giving a better appearance to your electronic projects.
Three connections are available: ground, battery and DC power. When connecting a power source, the dc jack automatically disconnects the battery (if present) to avoid its discharge. Check the connection diagram for the red dc jack here: Red DC Jack connection diagram
The black DC jack has a total length of 18mm and requires a 12mm drilling diameter.
